This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and The Claims Group, a trading name of Apollo Claims Ltd, the owner(s) of this Web Site. No Win, No Fee Claim
Our panel solicitors can handle your case on a no win, no fee basis which means there’s nothing to pay upfront and nothing to pay if your case is unsuccessful.
If your case is successful, our panel solicitors will charge you a success fee which is typically 25% – 40% + VAT of your awarded compensation.
